In addition to the wholesale distribution business, he is the principal owner of Trev Deeley Motorcycles, one of Canada's most successful motorcycle retailers and home of the Trev Deeley Collection, an antique motorcycle exhibition which he co-founded with the late Trev Deeley.

Malcolm is a graduate of the Simon Fraser University Economic in Commerce Department, the Queen's University Executive MBA Program, and the Wharton School of Business Advanced Management Program. He has brought a strong background in finance, accounting, and business systems to the company and has overseen its most successful period in history.

As Senior Vice President & General Manager of Deeley Harley-Davidson® Canada, Buzz Green is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company, in addition to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan.
Buzz is the appointed company liaison with the motorcycling industry. He sits on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the MMIC (Motorcycle and Moped Industry Council), and is its current chairperson.
Buzz's corporate background is extensive. Prior to joining Deeley Harley-Davidson® Canada in 1998, he was vice-president of Maple Leaf Foods Inc., a vice-president and general manager of Gordon Food Service, and a senior vice-president for Canada Bread Co. Ltd. He is a graduate of Queen's University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
A resident of Toronto, Ontario, Buzz enjoys a variety of sporting activities, including motorcycling, in his leisure time. He is also active with the Yonge Street Mission in Toronto.

Randall Litchfield is the president and co-founder of Guelph, Ontario-based Inbox Marketer Inc. Launched in 2001, Inbox Marketer is a digital direct-marketing company that builds electronic communities in order to strengthen client engagement. In 2009 and 2010, Inbox Marketer was listed on the PROFIT 100 ranking of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies.
Randall is a publishing professional with 30 years of experience in print, Web-based and e-mail publishing. From 1974 to 1994, he was a business editor employed by the country’s largest print publisher, Rogers Publishing Ltd., directing well-known titles such as Canadian Business and PROFIT. In 1994 he founded Demand Systems, an Internet publishing company he built over the course of six years and sold to a large US e-commerce company, VerticalNet, in 2000.
Randall holds a Masters degree in International Relations from the University of Windsor and is a graduate of the Queen’s University Executive Program.

In 1996, Mike Jagger financed the launch of Provident Security Corp. with his credit card, which had a $500 limit. Originally headquartered in Mike’s bedroom, Provident was a tool to pay tuition for his Criminology degree at Simon Fraser University. After a brief time as a Special Constable with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Mike decided to focus full-time on growing the business.
